About the Corporate Services Support Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to deliver comprehensive support services to staff across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement process management and supplier relationship maintenance.
  • Operational system and resource support.
  • Compliance upholding and strategic objective contribution.

This is a full-time 12-month contract position based on a 38-hour work week, located at our Townsville Head Office or Brisbane/Cairns Admin Office.

Requirements
  • Experience in developing operational frameworks, systems, policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems.
  • Strong understanding of frontline operations within a financial institution.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Certificate in business or similar qualification.
  • Ability to self-manage and collaborate with colleagues.
