About the Corporate Services Officer Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive support to staff across the organisation. Your role will play a pivotal part in coordinating day-to-day operations, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting the management of operational systems and resources.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in upholding compliance with policies and contributing to the overall strategic objectives of the organisation.

  • Experience in assisting with developing and maintaining operational frameworks, systems, policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems is essential.
  • A strong understanding of frontline operations within a financial institution is necessary.
  • Ability to actively identify issues, risks and incidents across branch services and other service centres; and initiate actions to resolve issues and implement solutions.
  • Experience providing data, analytics and reporting to enable meaningful decision making.
  • Knowledge of procurement and contract management processes.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Certificate in business or similar qualification.
  • Ability to self-manage and work as part of a wider team.
