We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our member engagement efforts. As a Member Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns that improve members' financial wellbeing by connecting them with the right products and services for their life stage.

You will champion a specific member life-stage segment, becoming the go-to expert who understands their motivations, needs, and aspirations. Your role centres on end-to-end campaign management – from strategic planning and data analysis through to creative execution and performance reporting.

  • Develop and Manage Annual Marketing Calendar: Create a comprehensive marketing plan that targets your designated member segment and drives engagement across multiple channels.">
  • Lead Strategic Marketing Programs: Develop and execute marketing initiatives for product launches, financial advice, and member education, ensuring alignment with business objectives.">
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence Teams: Work closely with data analysts to leverage insights and optimise campaign performance, driving better member outcomes.">
  • Create Compelling Marketing Briefs: Craft clear, concise briefs for agencies, outlining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.">
  • Analyse Campaign Performance: Monitor and evaluate campaign results, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies to enhance member engagement.">
