Member Engagement Specialist

The role of Team Lead involves guiding and empowering a group of specialists to deliver proactive conversations to existing members, fostering a positive team culture and driving performance through meaningful interactions.
This position requires strong leadership experience in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of driving performance and engagement, as well as overseeing initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders.
A key aspect of the role is developing and implementing strategies that utilize data and insights to optimize team performance. This includes managing change and working strategically in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
Key responsibilities include leading the team, coaching and motivating individuals, driving performance and engagement, overseeing outbound initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, and utilizing data and insights to optimize strategies and team performance.
Additionally, this role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a customer-first mindset. Experience working in a contact centre environment is essential, with qualifications in business, training or project management being desirable.
