Drive Member Engagement and Retention

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our member retention team. The role is responsible for developing strategies and operational frameworks, monitoring and optimising systems and processes, and coordinating engagement activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with members, promoting union values, and providing excellent customer service. They will also contribute to the development of member-focused initiatives and campaigns.
