This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative products that improve healthcare outcomes.

About the Role:

  • Conduct in-depth user research to identify customer needs and develop effective design solutions.
  • Create prototypes to test and iterate on design solutions with customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Identify opportunities for improving UX/UI across products.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business priorities.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
  • 1+ year of team leadership or management experience (preferably).
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence tools (highly desirable).
  • Technology and/or health industry experience (highly desirable).
