Job Title: Experience Designer

We are seeking a talented experience designer to join our team and drive innovative solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

About the Role:

  • Synopsis: As an experience designer, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to identify business problems, deliver tangible insights, and develop evidence-based solutions.
  • Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Consult with clients, stakeholders, and end-users to understand their needs and pain points, and co-design solutions that improve experiences and operational outcomes.
  2. Support the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including user acceptance testing, change readiness, and go-live activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to lead workshops related to business process redesign and process reengineering.
  4. Analyse business data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  5. Use data visualisation and analytics tools to support evidence-based decision making and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  6. Contribute to the development and management of business continuity and recovery plans.

  • Proven ability to implement improvements in customer-facing environments, understand pain points and co-design solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate workshops to gather information, define business needs, and develop clear and actionable requirements that support organisational objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to consult, liaise, and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders to identify business needs, resolve issues, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations, with strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information effectively and succinctly.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring solutions align with organisational and stakeholder needs.
  • Experience in using data analytics and business intelligence tools to generate insights and translate them into actionable business improvements.
