Trauma Management Specialists

We are seeking experienced professionals to provide critical incident and crisis counselling support to clients.

About the Role:
  • Our team provides Rapid Response Services using primary intervention models of Psychological First Aid, stepped care and referral pathways.
  • We deliver EAP and Training and Consulting Services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering psychosocial interventions, support and counselling.
  • Minimum 3 years trauma management and/or relevant consultancy services experience.
  • Ability to assess workplace issues, identify suitable intervention programs and provide solution-focused advice.
  • Able to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences.
  • Registration with the appropriate professional body.
  • A current driver's licence and own vehicle is required.
