Services are provided through our five main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg. The Mental Health Division is focused on high-quality mental health services and recovery-oriented care, with strong clinical leadership to support staff across integrated community teams, inpatient, and residential services.

About the Role

As a NDIS and Early Intervention Psychosocial Support Lead Clinician, you will:

  • Ensure that all eligible consumers are referred for psychosocial support through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) or the Early Intervention Psychosocial Response Program (EIPRS).
  • Build capacity within Adult Mental Health Services (AMHS) to maximise access to psychosocial services.
  • Act as the key liaison between AMHS and NDIS/EIPRS providers to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Work closely with consumers, families, carers, and the community to support recovery and independence.

Note: This position is a parental leave part-time role – 48 hours per fortnight until September 2026.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in mental health, ideally with exposure to psychosocial support programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in working with NDIS or similar service frameworks is a plus.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach to delivering mental health support.
