Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Operations Manager to join our team in the Macarthur, Prestons and Camden area.

This role will require the successful candidate to oversee the effective management of the clubs, driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clubs, ensuring seamless delivery of services and facilities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team by fostering an environment of open communication, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive engagement, issue resolution and service excellence.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive revenue and increase market share.

Requirements:

  • Strong Business Acumen: Proven ability to analyze business data, identify trends and make informed decisions to drive results.
  • Exceptional Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team to achieve outstanding performance.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members, staff and stakeholders.
