This key position entails:

  • Effective problem solving and implementation of solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Providing leadership, direction, and support, including coaching and performance management.
  • Establishing and fostering highly effective working relationships across multiple venues.
  • Monitoring and responding to service levels and assisting where necessary.
  • Implementing and championing change as part of a progressive organisation.
  • Managing complex operational issues and ensuring a safe environment for the team and community.
About You

You are an individual who excels at building relationships, investing in your team, and making people feel welcome. You also possess:

  • At least 12 months' experience managing a team of people with varying levels of experience.
  • Confidence to work independently and think on your feet to resolve issues and manage challenging situations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to have difficult conversations.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in coaching and motivating a team of employees.
  • General knowledge of operations and guiding legislation.
  • A high standard of presentation and exceptional communication skills, including report writing and formal documentation.
  • Discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Flexibility and availability across the operating hours of the Club.
  • Current RSA and RCG certificates.
