**Anytime Fitness Falcon is looking for a highly motivated Assistant Club Manager with the potential to become our Club Manager who has that killer instinct that wants to use their passion and ambition to promote growth and community.**

**About the Gig.**

Our Assistant/Club Manager will help oversee the smooth running of the gym with your main focus being on hitting sales targets and KPI's, promoting growth and connecting with our existing members and community.

You will directly oversee the sales and lead generation of the gym through our marketing strategies and community outreach.

This permanent part/time full/time position will allow you to work both inside and outside of the gym hunting for new opportunities and constantly promoting growth and community.

But, here's the thingwe get it. We understand there are hundreds of gyms in Mandurah.

**About You.**

We are looking for a go-getter. Someone with the X factor that loves people, loves sales, who has enthusiasm and a great work ethic.
- You're passionate about fitness and sales and are really excited about the thought of joining an amazing team and are willing to align yourself to our values and beliefs.
- You're self-motivated and ambitious.
- You're excited at the thought of closing the sale.
- You have a higher expectation of yourself than those around you do.
- You love having a chat and are comfortable chatting with strangers.
- You are comfortable and confident on the phone.
- You LOVE social media

**The must have's are**:

- Sales/Customer relations experience
- Bundles of personality and enthusiasm
- CPR, First Aid.
- Certificate III and IV in Fitness - **desirable but not essential**
