As the Club Manager, you create the culture of the gym. You are one of the faces of the business; a passion to help people is a must We want you to create a fun and non-intimidating atmosphere for all members with your Team.

You are also responsible for the success of the business.

**Skills Required**:

- BE HAPPY
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Be naturally great with people
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Good natural sales person - **Min 1 years experience in a Sales Role required**:

- Strong Leadership of a team - **Min 1 years experience in a leadership role required**:

- OR 2 years of just sales experience
- Be efficient
- Ability to problem solve
- Computer literate
- Social media savvy (confident on camera)
- Fitness Industry experience preferred but not required

**The Role**
- Oversee club operations on a daily basis.
- Hitting daily/ weekly/ monthly KPI's
- Being the fun, engaging, helpful, and genuine point of contact for our members.
- Administration, filing, computer based admin
- Greeting guests to the Club
- Engaging members on the Club floor and improving their member experience
- Showing guests our facilities and highlighting their features and benefits

**Other Key Requirements To Be Successful For This Role**:

- Current First Aid and CPR
- Police clearance
- Working with Children clearance
