Our Surf Club, situated on the beach in Australia, offers exceptional facilities to its members and guests.

We are currently seeking a Relief Duty Manager to support our operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to delivering outstanding experiences.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Duty Manager in a high-volume venue or similar establishment is required.
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent cash handling skills, proficiency in back-of-house procedures, including financial reporting, banking, and reconciliations.
  • Prior experience with touchscreen till systems, membership programs, and gaming software would be advantageous.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to think critically and make informed decisions to drive business success.
  • Strong front-of-house, bar skills, and product knowledge are essential.
  • Gaming, TAB, and Keno expertise is also highly valued.
  • Certifications such as RSG, Approved Managers Licence, and RMLV are mandatory.

The selected candidate will work a 7-day rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays, averaging around 30 hours per week.

This role requires flexibility and adaptability to ensure seamless delivery of services.
