About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Support Specialist to join our team at Mysa Autism Center. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers and providing top-notch support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of system reliability by prioritizing and resolving trouble tickets efficiently
  • Share knowledge and help educate less technical staff on best practices in data center operations
  • Be a technical escalation point for other team members
  • Participate in and deliver on high-impact projects
  • Contribute to and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
  • 3+ years of server hardware management, network management, and troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with network hardware, including copper and optical fiber cabling, switches, and routers
  • Experience with storage subsystems
  • Linux administration knowledge and experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher in an IT-related field with applicable certifications or equivalent professional or military experience
  • Previous experience working in a data center environment, including racking and stacking gear, cable management, and hot and cold aisle containment
  • Networking experience with CCNA and/or Network+ certifications
