We are seeking an experienced Carer Coach to join our team. As a Carer Coach, you will deliver one-on-one and group coaching sessions that help carers explore their goals, reflect on their journey, and take practical steps towards wellbeing.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity based in Rockhampton. You will work autonomously while being a supportive and flexible team member. The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum Diploma in Coaching, Counselling, Community Services or related field
  • A Right to work within Australia
  • A Current valid Driver's Licence and the ability to undertake some travel
  • The NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (free online course)
  • Satisfactory National Police Records Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children's Check (Employee/Paid)
Key Responsibilities

As a Carer Coach, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating the program in accordance with training and the Facilitated Coaching Service Guidelines
  • Facilitating one-on-one and group coaching sessions to achieve the program's required KPIs
  • Creating an environment where carers feel welcome, real, and empowered
  • Ensuring relationships with carers are positive and built on Wellways values
  • Engaging professionally and positively with key external and internal stakeholders
