We are seeking highly skilled Residential Support Workers to engage with young people, support them in all aspects of life, and participate in review of care plans.
The successful candidate will have a strong ability to:
- Implement strategies identified in the care plan to achieve positive outcomes for young people.
- Support planned contact and connectedness to family as approved by child safety services.
- Contribute to social, recreational, educational, and health activities for young people in line with their individual care plan.
To be considered for this role, you will need to hold a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention/Community Services or be working towards this qualification.
