Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their queries and concerns
  • Manage reception duties, including checking guests in and out, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records
  • Develop strong relationships with guests, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations for local activities and attractions

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
