Culinary Experience Leader

We're seeking a highly motivated and inspiring leader to oversee our dining experiences. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping and implementing service strategies, driving team engagement, and growing revenue.

This role is perfect for someone who can manage operations effectively, create an outstanding employment experience for our Food & Drink guides, and provide a warm and genuine guest service experience.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Manage day-to-day operations and collaborate with the team to achieve goals
  2. Create an engaging employment experience for our Food & Drink guides
  3. Provide exceptional guest service and coach your team to do the same
  4. Anticipate and respond to tricky requests & concerns in a professional and timely manner
  5. Take an active interest in providing on-the-job coaching and training to the Food & Drink guides
  6. Oversee multiple Food and Beverage venues while managing costs and driving revenue

Our restaurant offers a unique dining experience set amidst a lush, tropical rainforest. Our menu reflects our commitment to sustainability, with over 80% of our ingredients sourced within a three-hour drive. We believe that food is best enjoyed slowly and to share, with a bottle of locally sourced wine or vibrant cocktail in hand.

Requirements:

  • A current NSW RSA Card
  • Certificate IV in Hospitality
  • Recent experience in food and beverage management in a high-end environment
  • Availability across a 7 day roster – AM and PM shifts
  • A high standard of service and an agile, high-energy personality
  • An engaging, confident and guest centric character with a natural drive to provide memorable guest experiences
