Responsibilities:
- Evaluate guest needs to ensure seamless pre-arrival experiences, welcoming guests and managing their stay.
- Collaborate with departments to guarantee smooth operations and inform staff of special requests and guest requirements.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high standards of guest services and memorable experiences.
- Bear advanced organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Possess leadership skills and team development abilities.
- Show strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have experience in guest-centric roles capable of selling property experiences.
