We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Lead to oversee the successful delivery of our Inclusive Employment program across a defined regional footprint.
About the Role:- Lead, coach and develop a regional team to deliver high-quality employment support services.
- Manage performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) for caseload, revenue and service delivery.
- Build and grow strategic partnerships with employers and communities to drive inclusive employment initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, financial sustainability and continuous service improvement.
- You're a values-driven leader who thrives on purpose, growth and impact.
- You bring proven leadership experience in employment, disability or community services sectors.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget management and contract negotiation.
- Experience building employer networks and community partnerships is essential.
