Job Title: Regional Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of employment practitioners in delivering high-quality, tailored case management services that help participants overcome barriers to employment.

  • Leading a team to help participants find sustainable employment suited to their capacities and interests.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and implementing strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Fostering partnerships with local employers, stakeholders, and government agencies to drive job placement outcomes.
  • Mentoring and coaching practitioners for professional growth and development.
  • Ensuring compliance with guidelines and quality standards.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of four years' experience in employment services, especially supporting people with disabilities.
  • Lived experience of disability and relevant qualifications are highly regarded.
  • A deep understanding of IEA guidelines and performance frameworks.
  • Proven leadership experience within employment services.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage conflict and support challenging behaviors.
  • Cultural competence and ability to engage diverse communities.
  • A passion for inclusive employment and supporting people with disabilities.
