Job Overview

This role presents a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive positive outcomes for customers. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks including tracking deliveries, processing orders, website issues, pricing queries, refunds or cancellations, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage incoming chat queues, taking no more than two chats at once to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Deliver memorable customer experiences and drive positive outcomes for customers through proactive communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Utilize internal systems to obtain desired outcomes for customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a remote team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • A comfortable working environment with fast and reliable internet connection is essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to work 15-25 hours per week during busy periods, with flexibility to work varying shifts and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Based in NSW, with availability for a full week of training in the Surry Hills office.
