Loan Support Expert

We're seeking a Loan Support Expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you'll be on the front line supporting brokers and installers as they guide customers through the loan acquisition journey.

  • You'll provide exceptional support throughout the loan acquisition journey, including application, approval, and settlement stages
  • Respond to inbound phone calls and email enquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Built strong relationships with referring partners by understanding their needs and proactively assisting with their enquiries
  • Troubleshoot issues and navigate internal systems to find resolutions quickly, escalating where appropriate to ensure timely outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Credit, and Settlements to deliver a smooth experience for our partners
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure all communications comply with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer or partner support role, preferably within financial services or a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and professionally
  • Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools to manage enquiries (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
