As a Referrer Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our business partners throughout the loan acquisition journey.

You will be responsible for managing inbound calls and email enquiries from our referring partners, helping them navigate our processes, resolve issues quickly, and deliver a seamless experience for their customers.

Your focus will be on building strong relationships with our referring partners by understanding their needs and proactively assisting with their enquiries.

You will also troubleshoot issues and navigate internal systems to find resolutions quickly, escalating where appropriate to ensure timely outcomes.

Collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Credit, and Settlements is essential to deliver a smooth and coordinated experience for our partners.

Maintaining accurate records of interactions and ensuring all communications comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies are critical aspects of this role.

You will continuously build product and process knowledge to confidently support a range of partner queries and provide up-to-date information.

This is an entry-level position that requires a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer or partner support role, ideally within financial services or a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

The selected candidate will be required to undergo training to meet the regulatory obligations in a customer-facing role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to business partners throughout the loan acquisition journey.
  • Manage inbound calls and email enquiries from referring partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Understanding of regulatory obligations in a customer-facing role (training provided).
