The Senior Business Coordinator role is a multi-skilled position responsible for delivering business support functions within the Business Support service. The key responsibilities include supervision of staff, finance management, facilities administration, records management, fleet management, asset management, and staff coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff to ensure effective delivery of business support functions
  • Manage finances to achieve operational efficiency
  • Administer facilities to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Implement records management systems to ensure accurate and secure data storage
  • Oversee fleet management to optimize vehicle usage
  • Manage assets to ensure maximum utilization and minimal waste
  • Coordinate staff activities to achieve team goals

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients. The incumbent must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex issues and make informed decisions. Additionally, the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities is essential in this dynamic role.
