Senior Store Operations Manager

This is a senior leadership position that oversees and supervises daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.

The Senior Store Operations Manager works closely with the Store Manager to lead store operations, drive business success, and develop high-performing teams. This role offers opportunities for career growth and professional development in a dynamic retail environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Ensure effective inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as required.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail or trade operations, including sales, wholesale, and workshop management.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a strong ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Flexible availability and valid driver's license.
  • Physical capacity to perform duties, including handling heavy products.
