Executive Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional individual to undertake executive functions and provide assistance to the director and professional advisors.

This is a part-time, fixed-term role with flexible working hours available (suitable for school drop off/pick up).

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing support to the director and organising their knowledge and expertise.\
• Supervising staff members on-site and ensuring productivity.\
• Inventory and stock management (training provided).\
• Coordinating website projects and maintenance (training provided).\
• Preparation of weekly high-level summary of progress made towards set objectives.\
• Maintaining cash flow and identifying cost-cutting measures possible.\
• Local travel, building relationships with suppliers and customers/clients.\
• Taking ownership of the role and helping to carry out the director's executive functions (full support given).\
• Ensuring the smooth operation of our business operations.\
• Analyzing and improving business processes.\
• Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive business growth.\
• Managing budgets and financial resources effectively.\
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.\
• Communicating effectively and professionally at all times.\
• Adhering to company policies and procedures.\
