The role of National Account Manager plays a pivotal part in driving business growth by fostering strong relationships with major retailers.
Main Responsibilities- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with key stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Develop and deliver accurate forecasting and financial reporting to identify commercial opportunities and challenges.
- Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) to optimize business performance.
- Analyze data and market insights to build and execute actionable category plans and growth initiatives.
- Design and implement efficient business processes and procedures related to account management, customer feedback, and key performance indicators.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in account management or a related field.
- Demonstrated analytical and commercial acumen.
- Self-driven individual with the ability to hustle when required.
- High level of self-awareness and problem-solving skills.
