About the Role

We are seeking a talented Designer to join our APAC team. In this role, you will drive the design vision and execution for our enterprise SaaS platform and play a key part in shaping intuitive and engaging solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences. They will balance design aesthetics with functionality and have strong technical and collaborative skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the UX vision and end-to-end design process for complex enterprise products
  • Conduct user research and discovery to understand customer needs and pain points
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design strategies with business objectives and user needs
  • Test and refine designs through user feedback and usability testing
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product or UX/UI design in complex or enterprise-level software, ideally with a portfolio showcasing your work
  • Strong proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Experience in user research, prototyping, and usability testing
  • Knowledge of design standards for web and mobile, including responsive design
