Senior UXD Designer Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior UXD Designer to join our cross-functional product team. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in crafting seamless and impactful digital experiences for millions of users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery work to uncover customer problems and inform product strategy through research and co-design activities.
  • Translate insights into concepts, user flows, and prototypes to test hypotheses and validate assumptions.
  • Create engaging wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UX/UI designs that maintain consistency with our design system.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders including Product Managers, Engineers, Content designers, and Legal/Risk throughout the agile lifecycle.
  • Champion customer-centricity and advocate for best-in-class user experience at every stage of the product discovery and development process.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience designing digital products end-to-end in cross-functional product teams.
  • Proven ability to lead discovery and delivery activities with customers, product, and engineering stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of human-centred design methodologies and how to apply them pragmatically in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Excellent interaction and UI design skills, with an eye for detail and craft.
