Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Design team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-centered solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

  • Your primary focus will be on creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across multiple touchpoints, including software applications and web interfaces.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop design solutions that align with our company goals.
  • In addition to your technical skills, you will bring a strong understanding of human-centered design principles and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and usability guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both designers and non-designers.
