Job Overview

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and high-quality production of exam papers, publications, and other educational materials.

  • Coordinate with writers and reviewers to guarantee submissions meet formatting guidelines.
  • Verify drafts and reviews are received by due dates and follow up on any delays.
  • Conduct quality control checks on material for content and presentation.

Project Management Responsibilities

As a project management professional, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and managing contracts with writers and reviewers. This involves resolving issues related to contracts and projects to ensure high-quality outcomes.

  • Track and document project progress to ensure deliverables meet contractual obligations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to senior management on project outcomes and timelines.

General Administration and Reporting

Provide administrative support to the Education and Publications Manager, maintaining accurate records of publication processes, contracts, and project documentation. Additional responsibilities include printing and preparing teachers' booklets for Holiday and School Programs, and reviewing course material to ensure professional standards are met.

  • Understand local curriculum changes and impacts to publications.
  • Coordinate with teachers to finalize booklets before printing.
  • Assist with other office administration tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess an Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field, and 3 years of full-time experience in project coordination, contract management, or administration, preferably in an educational setting.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely project completion.
  • Experience in managing schedules, contracts, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative tools for tracking projects and reporting.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to plan, organize, and oversee program and publication projects efficiently, and a strong attention to detail.
