About the Job:
  • Scheduling and coordinating work in progress
  • Providing timely and accurate information for job updates
  • Allocating tasks to our technicians
  • Managing invoices to ensure pricing details are clear
  • Liaising with other departments for effective solutions
Key Responsibilities:
  1. To utilize your industry-related background and pride yourself on delivering exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
  2. The following skills and attributes are required for this role:
    1. Developing and maintaining long-term internal and external relationships
    2. Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively within a high-pressure environment
    3. Mechanical aptitude is essential, with a background in earthmoving being preferable
    4. Effective communication and collaboration skills
    5. Coordination experience within a similar industry
    6. CAT dealer experience would be advantageous but not essential
    7. A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
    8. Qualified Diesel Mechanic (preferred but not essential)
