The role of Earthmoving & Civil Construction Trainer is a vital position within our organization. As a Specialist Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services in Earthmoving and Civil Construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Theory and Practical Delivery: Deliver engaging and relevant training activities on topics including Excavator, Front End Loader, Backhoe Loader, Skid Steer Loader, Roller, Safety & Risk, Plans, Measurements & Calculations, Groundworks & Drainage, Dump Trucks, Dozer, Grader, Scrapers, and Crushers & Screeners.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that the content and delivery of accredited courses meet all applicable regulations, including ASQA/ RTO Standards.
- Student Supervision: Supervise students' behaviours and provide engaging and motivating training experiences.
- Training Facilities: Maintain equipment, training venues, and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation.
- Travel Requirements: Travel may be required to deliver training off-site.
Requirements
- Experience: Demonstrated Earthmoving experience within the construction/civil, resources & infrastructure or training sectors.
- Certifications: Be eligible to obtain a Working with Children Check Card and a Police Check.
- Residency: You will need to be an Australian Resident.
- Licence: Must hold a valid Australian Drivers Licence.
