Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex integration projects across various systems.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring seamless data flow between systems and minimal disruption to operations. This includes defining project scope, objectives, deliverables and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of integration projects across HCM, Finance, Payroll and Identity Management systems.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success metrics in collaboration with academic and administrative stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, risks and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Oversee the design, development and implementation of system integrations, ensuring data consistency and process automation across platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with HR, Finance, IT, Payroll, academic leadership and external vendors.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional IT projects, particularly involving enterprise system integrations.
  • Demonstrated experience in the education sector with understanding of academic and administrative systems, data flows and compliance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies such as APIs, batch jobs and web services.
  • Knowledge of integrating HCM, Finance, Payroll and Identity Management platforms.
  • Experience with enterprise systems and their integration capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stream integration projects and deliver on time and within budget.
  • Experience managing budgets, risks and resources in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
