We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead the integration of ServiceNow with a non-service management environment.

About the Role
  • Drive business outcomes and deliver results through leading a greenfield integration program from scratch.
Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and scope the integration, ensuring smooth vendor delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  2. Manage the procurement process, including vendor engagement.
  3. Owning program governance, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project management, specifically leading integration or transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow (or similar ITSM platforms).
  • Able to communicate effectively and drive results through people.
