About the Role

Milestone IT is partnering with a leading Australian retail giant to find a skilled Business Analyst for a significant ServiceNow integration project.

This role focuses on integrating ServiceNow with existing business systems to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

You will be the crucial link between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation of a project that will impact the entire organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyse current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions using ServiceNow integration capabilities.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on ServiceNow, advising on best practices and module functionality.
  • Work closely with technical teams, developers, and project managers to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
  • Support the testing phase by reviewing test cases and validating the solution against business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on ServiceNow integration projects.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
  • Demonstrated experience working within a large-scale, complex business environment, preferably in retail.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly regarded.
