Project Director

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex integration projects across Finance, Payroll, HCM and Identity Management within the company's Digital Transformation Program.
You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, from planning and scope through testing and deployment, ensuring seamless data flow between systems and minimal disruption to operations.
Partner with technical teams, vendors and senior stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions that drive efficiency, support digital transformation and enable the company's strategic vision.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of large-scale IT projects
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or related field
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget and to expectations
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
