Job seekers with a passion for manufacturing are invited to apply for an exciting opportunity as a Batch Production Specialist. In this role, you will be working with a leading company in the Adhesives and Building Supplies industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating mixing, bagging, filling, and fast-pack machines, as well as emptying 20 kg bags into hoppers. They will also liaise with lab and QA teams and operate forklifts to produce high-quality adhesive products while prioritizing safety.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering stability and annual leave entitlements. The excellent compensation package starts from $34.00 to $44.20 per hour, plus extra for overtime. There is growth potential to move into supervision, as the company promotes from within.

The comprehensive training program, induction, and culture of excellence will provide support for success. This includes 4-6 weeks of training provided by expert trainers on Day Shift prior to settling into a regular shift.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Following recipes or batch sheets to mix ingredients on an industrial scale and checking quality with the lab team.
  • Operating computerized machines to blend products, such as foods, liquids, powders, or chemicals.
  • Experience and ticket on a forklift license to move pallets and product.
  • Ability to regularly carry out manual tasks like lifting 20kg bags into hoppers at times.
