Industrial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as an Industrial Operations Specialist. This role will involve operating a forklift in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials and equipment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a thriving yard site environment, where you will play a crucial role in the galvanizing process. As an Industrial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for performing labour-intensive tasks such as heavy lifting, rigging, and gigging, while also safely operating a forklift to transport materials and equipment around the yard site.

  • Perform labour-intensive tasks such as heavy lifting, rigging, and gigging.
  • Safely operate a forklift to transport materials and equipment around the yard site.
  • Ensure proper and secure fastening of uneven loads for galvanizing.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in industrial settings, particularly with heavy lifting and labour-intensive work. A valid forklift operator certification is essential, as well as strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
