Swim Center Manager

The Swim Center Manager will oversee the daily operations of a thriving aquatics center.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize revenue potential while maintaining expenditure controls.
  • Review, develop, and maintain systems, policies, and procedures for successful aquatic operations.
  • Explore new revenue streams with interest and diversity.
  • Provide coaching and instruction as required.
  • Maintain high standards of premises cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in membership records.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and participants.
Requirements:

Aquatic professionals seeking this role should possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar leadership position.
  • AUSTSWIM Accreditation certificate - Teacher of swimming and water safety.
  • Teacher of competitive strokes (highly regarded).
  • Teacher of Aquatics - Access and Inclusion (highly regarded).
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Working with Children Check (if 18 years or older).
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekdays, weekends, and afternoons.
