You will play a key leadership role in driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations, including working collaboratively with our dedicated leadership team and building respectful relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team.
  2. Mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team.
  3. Managing the centre in the Centre Director's absence.
