Pay: $38.20 - $66.09 p/h (Depending on qualification & experience) + $2.25 Educational Leader Allowance + Super

Responsibilities
  • Lead change, and champion practice uplift and excellence
  • Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programs
  • Drive curriculum excellence aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Mentor educators, uplifting practice through coaching and collaboration
  • Champion reflective practice to enhance outcomes for every child
  • Support the team in maintaining and exceeding the National Quality Standard
  • Lead innovation, inspiring fresh ideas and intentional teaching every day

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

You'll Need
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
