Role Overview

The Senior Educator is a key role within our learning centres, collaborating with peers to deliver high-quality educational programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • As a team player, you will observe and improve educational programs offered to children, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Prioritise the well-being of all children, meeting their unique needs through tailored learning experiences.
Requirements
  • A relevant degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Passion for leading classrooms, engaging with educators, families and children to implement educational programs.
  • Building strong relationships with children and families.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.
  • Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all.
