We are seeking a clinical professional to take on the role of Clinical Team Leader at our Urgent Care Clinic in Central Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Leadership and Support: The Clinical Team Leader will provide leadership and support to clinical staff in their daily work, ensuring they have the necessary guidance and resources to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate Clinical Flow: The Clinical Team Leader is responsible for coordinating and managing the clinical flow of patients through the Urgent Care Clinic, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Develop Policies and Procedures: The Clinical Team Leader will develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes, maintaining high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of clinical practice.
- Contribute to Strategy Development: The Clinical Team Leader will contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve access to health services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
About the Role:
The Clinical Team Leader will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care at our Urgent Care Clinic in Central Australia. As a clinical leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to clinical staff, coordinating clinical flow, developing policies and procedures, and contributing to strategy development.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
