This is a high-profile position within our healthcare organization, working closely with the Medical Director to provide culturally safe care to clients.
About the PositionThe Senior Clinical Leader will work in clinics as a General Practitioner, providing comprehensive primary healthcare, supervision to medical professionals and leadership to clinicians. The role also involves working collaboratively with the Clinical Leadership team, focusing on policy development, risk mitigation and quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to ensure high-quality care in remote clinics
- Work as a General Practitioner, providing comprehensive primary healthcare and supervision to junior doctors
- Lead medical professionals and clinic managers in remote clinics
- Contribute to policy development, risk mitigation and quality improvement initiatives
