This is an exciting career chance to work with a care provider who supports you in your chosen field.
As a Mobile Responder, you will be a vital link between vulnerable clients and the support services they need.
You will work a flexible 24/7 rota and will be based at home, responding to calls from our clients who press their buttons on their alarm units.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Responding to alarm calls, assessing the care and support needs of people at risk and providing or facilitating appropriate support.
- Dealing with referrals, maintenance and installing alarm equipment at clients' premises and explaining how the equipment/alarm works.
- Undertaking 'last resort' personal care when on a call-out, should it be needed, to maintain the client's dignity.
- Assisting with the promotion of the service in local communities.
About You
We are looking for someone who identifies with our company values:
- We empower individuals to be accountable for their actions and performance.
- We help people with empathy, courtesy, dignity and kindness.
- We show respect and are trusted by our colleagues, suppliers and customers.
- We believe in teamwork and are passionate about our work.
- We encourage innovation and the development of technology.
- We embrace change and seek to achieve excellence.
- We deliver efficient and safe healthcare solutions.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- A full UK driving licence, and some access to an appropriately insured and taxed vehicle for business use.
- No specific experience is necessary, only a responsible and caring nature and a flexible approach; full training will be provided.
What We Offer
- Opportunities for career development and growth.
- An excellent salary and benefits package.
- The chance to make a real difference in people's lives.
Please note that this job requires flexibility and adaptability, as well as a willingness to learn and develop new skills. We also require candidates to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality of service.
This role offers the chance to provide essential care and support to those in need, making a positive impact on the community. It requires a caring and compassionate individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
