
Digital Wholesale Channel Transformation Lead

Job Title: Transformation Strategist
">- The key objective of this role is to lead the transition and future-state operating model development of our digital wholesale channels.
- You will work closely with internal stakeholders, technology vendors, and our delivery lead to define business and functional requirements, transitional states, and alignment with the broader future-state roadmap.
- Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering for Wholesale eCommerce processes, from customer onboarding to order management, integration, and fulfillment.
- Define current state, transitional state, and future state operating models.
- Facilitate workshops with Wholesale Management and operational teams to translate business needs into system requirements.
- Translate requirements into detailed documentation including user stories, use cases, process flows, and business rules.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, SMEs and delivery teams to validate functional feasibility and design approaches.
- Support vendor discussions to ensure technology alignment with B2B workflows.
- Contribute to UAT planning, traceability matrices, and test execution support where necessary.
- Ensure alignment with broader digital and commercial priorities across the organisation.
- Key Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years' experience in Business Analysis, ideally in hybrid B2B/B2C environments.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital order-to-cash processes, and Wholesale operations.
- Prior experience working on transformation programs with transitional state definitions is essential.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at both operational and senior levels.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a cross-functional delivery team.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and Jira/Confluence toolsets.
- Prior experience within consumer goods, retail or wholesale industries highly regarded.
