Digital Channel Development Director

TSU LANGE YOR is looking for a Digital Growth Lead to shape and grow its digital presence and customer journey. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years' experience in ecommerce, marketing or a commercial role who wants to take ownership and grow into a broader commercial position at a fast growing business.
You'll play a key role in driving the DTC channel, CRM and loyalty programs, working closely with the Marketing Lead and Head of Wholesale. The role combines analysis, execution, and creative problem-solving. You'll get hands-on experience analysing results and executing improvements to help us grow and strengthen customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Complete ownership of the digital channel, including ecommerce sales and website optimisation.
- Acting as a key lead in website operations, including product launches and continuous site improvements.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive sales growth.
- Oversight of the end-to-end customer journey, including CRM, loyalty programs, and digital engagement.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing and Wholesale to align digital strategy with brand and retail priorities.
- Identifying opportunities to improve user experience, conversion rates, and retention.
